Maria and Gabriel, Italy and Paris
This was a very special trip we organized for a couple from the United States. We started in Rome and traveled all the way up Italy to the Alps, from where we flew to Paris. Gabriel and María had time to thoroughly explore the city, including attending a Champions League match between PSG and Benfica, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Additionally, while passing through Rome, we managed to spontaneously secure tickets for an AS Roma match.

STARTING TO DISCOVER. We got to know Rome in depth: Vatican Museums, Imperial Rome with its Colosseum and Forum, Circus Maximus, Capitoline Museums, Caracalla Baths, Villa Borghese, Castel Sant’Angelo… We spontaneously attended a Roma football match. We ended the day in its most romantic restaurants.
Day 3. October 6th. Rome.
We delved into the cultural and artistic environments of Rome, the origin of our civilization. We explored the more bohemian side of Rome with its Testaccio and Trastevere neighborhoods, its legendary cafes, and its incredible pizza by the slice. Or we attended a course with a local chef to learn the true tricks of Italian cuisine.
Day 4. October 7th. Florence.
On our way to the capital of Tuscany, we visited the medieval town of San Gimignano. We continued to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. We walked where Dante, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Raphael once did. We had lunch at the San Lorenzo Market and spent the afternoon discovering Renaissance architecture in detail.
Day 5. October 8th. Florence.
We admired Florence’s most monumental treasures: the Academy Museum, the Uffizi Gallery, the Medici Chapel, the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, Santa Croce, the Pitti Palace, among others. We ended the day savoring Tuscan cuisine.
Day 6. October 9th. Pisa and Venice.
We visited Pisa and its Campo dei Miracoli. Then we headed to Venice, where we explored the city and its canals. We visited the Fish Market, enjoyed views from the rooftop of the Dei Tedeschi Gallery, walked through historic alleyways, and ended the day touring the canals by gondola.
Day 7. October 10th. Alps.
RENEWING ENERGY! We got up early to visit the Dolomites in the Alps. We admired the rugged alpine peaks, walked through picturesque high mountain villages, and took a cable car. We returned to Venice and said goodbye to Italy with a romantic dinner.
